Refund Policy

AdRadar sells prepaid scan credits. One scan costs 1 credit ($0.05). This page explains when you get credits or money back.

1. Failed scans are refunded automatically

If a scan errors out or returns 0 results, the credit is returned to your key right away. You do not need to ask. The tool result shows refunded: true.

2. Credits never expire

There is no subscription and no monthly reset. Unused credits stay on your account until you use them.

3. Refunds for unused packs

If you bought a pack by mistake or AdRadar does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase. We refund the unused part of the pack to your original payment method. Credits already spent on successful scans are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email on your AdRadar account. Include the order or payment ID from your receipt (Polar, PayOS or Whop). We reply within 2 business days.

5. After a refund

Refunded credits are removed from your account. If some of them were already used, only the unused part is refunded.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Keys tied to a chargeback may be suspended while it is reviewed.
